Our company is seeking a QA intern for an internship at our office in Niš.
What you are going to work on:
Work with a professional team of software engineers, quality assurance engineers as well as devops and system engineers, supporting the operations of a successful hedge fund business. Work includes enhancing and expanding the client’s home-grown portfolio management system.
Required qualifications:
- University degree in computer science (or equivalent), engineering field, math or economics
- Excellent analytical skills and a good attention to details
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge or willingness to learn about banking business processes
- Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, creative, open-minded and loyal
Preferred qualifications:
- Good understanding of both, QA and software development life cycles of enterprise applications
- Industry experience in one or more of the following (the more the merrier):
1) Manual testing
2) Test automation
3) Memory and resource leak detection
4) Black box/white box testing
5) Regression testing
6) Performance and load testing
7) Experience with tools like AzureDevOps, Jira, Test Complete, JProfiler, Eclipse, Visual Studio, Maven, CI…
8) Knowledge of Unit Testing, SQL, Java, C#, Delphi…
The internship program includes the following:
- Financial business logic (1 week)
- Manual testing training (3-4 week))
- Automation testing training (6-8)

- You will work in collaboration with your mentors
- The time of the beginning of the internship is agreed with your mentors
- In agreement with the mentors, the entire course of practice will be scheduled and organized.
- If you still have obligations at the faculty, they will be prioritized
- It is possible to work from home or our office in Nis
- At successfully finishing the internship, you gain the opportunity to become part of our team and help us solve various interesting and challenging engineering tasks
- The internship is not paid
